Where are your products manufactured?

All Torch Chariot carts are proudly manufactured in the United States at our facility in Owensboro, KY.

 

How long will it take for my Torch Chariot to ship?

Production begins once we have received your order. The estimated time to build a cart is one to two weeks, and shipping time will vary by destination. Shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.

 

How can I check on the status of my order?

All order status updates will be communicated via email, and you will receive tracking information when the product ships.

 

Can I customize my Torch Chariot?

Absolutely! Cart features shown on the site are optional add-ons to the War Wagon and Battle Taxi models; the Ben Hur includes all features. If you have unique custom requests, such as different paint colors, additional bottle storage, or anything else you can think of, please contact us for an accurate price quote.

 

Is the firewall OSHA approved for bottle storage?

Yes, the Saf-T-Cart firewall, which comes standard on the Ben-Hur model, is OSHA approved for bottle storage, allowing you to keep your bottles safe in a small space. With a 60” tall Saf-T-Cart firewall, Torch Chariot products meet OSHA’s requirements for 30-minute burn time specification. Each firewall is created with a 1.25” fiberglass diffuser board encased in a 26-gauge galvanized steel shell, built in a baffle style to restrain the flow of gases and prevent combustion.

An OSHA compliance sticker is affixed to all Safe-T-Cart firewalls on our Torch Chariots.

Do all models of the Torch Chariot have the firewall?
The War Wagon and Battle Taxi models do not come standard with a Saf-T-Cart firewall—only a steel divider, which is not suitable for bottle storage—but both models can easily be customized to add the Safe-T-Cart firewall.

How much does shipping cost?

All Torch Chariots are shipped via heavy freight carrier from our facility in Owensboro, KY. The cost for shipping is a $75 flat fee plus freight which will vary by destination. When we receive your order, we will calculate your total shipping cost based on your delivery address. We will then contact you with your shipping quote and to process the payment for shipping. Shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.

What’s your return policy?

All of our carts are made to order, therefore, we cannot accept returns except in the case of a defective product. Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
